Making Time

Presented by SECRIST | BEACH and curated by Stephen Eichhorn, Making Time brought together seventeen artists exploring the relationship between material, nature, and the passage of time. Through sculptures constructed from rope, fabric, and steel, I investigate the ways in which gravity, tension, and accumulation shape both physical structures and our perception of landscape. Drawing from topographic forms and architectural elements, my works explore the boundaries between solid and void, stability and transformation. Together, the exhibition considered how objects embody time through material processes, inviting reflection on the relationship between human intervention, the natural world, and the forces that shape our surroundings.
