Adoration Garden grew from my desire to create a memorial landscape for my Busia, honoring her life while reflecting on the ways grief, memory, and love become embedded in place. Rather than thinking of memorials as fixed monuments, I became interested in how acts of making, tending, and remembrance can transform landscape into a living space for reflection.
